How will my beef arrived unspoiled?

All our beef boxes arrive in a special foam container with a safety-wrapped dry ice pack. When it gets to your door, the meat will be totally frozen and ready for you to unpack it and relocate it to your freezer.

Recurring Order Questions

How can I change the settings for my Natural Beef Box subscription?

Once you start your Natural Beef Box recurring subscription order, you'll have full access to login to your account and change the frequency of your beef deliveries, swap products, change your shipping address, and more. You'll also have full control to pause or even cancel your service.

Shipping Questions

How long will it take to receive my beef once I've ordered?

Due to high demand your beef box will be fulfilled in the order in which is was received. Choosing a more expensive shipping option only reflects the shipping time and not the fulfillment time. Orders are shipped on Monday-Wednesday to ensure safe arrival of your product, due to carriers not delivering over the weekends. Please check our shipping chart for UPS delivery times.

What if the carrier is delayed and my beef arrives spoiled?

We'll confirm the delivery date and if the carrier is at fault, we will refund your order or send you out a fresh box. We will also get on the phone with you and make sure we have you taken care of. We like talking with our people!
